At DNT Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authenticity tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring all microfiber cloths and certificates are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our optical lab inspects the returned frames for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
